IPOH: Terrorism still represents a substantial and intensifying threat to international harmony, said Perak Ruler Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah (pic), citing the 2017 Global Peace Index (GPI).
While the 2017 GPI registered a small improvement of 0.28% over the previous year, the report by the Institute for Economics and Peace still pointed to an overall downwards trend over the last 10 years.
