GEORGE TOWN: Penang has set up a food bank to distribute food to the poor.
The Mutiara Food Bank was actually established in May and has already been distributing fresh food, baked goods and fruits to 5,000 households in the state, said its coordinator Datuk Saifudin Nasution.
