Pak Su Gang case transferred to High Court

All the alleged members of the Pak Su Gang, including Johari, 35, who was also known as the

ALOR SETAR: The Sessions Court here allowed the case involving 30 alleged “Pak Su Gang” members including its leader Johari Ariffin to be transferred to the Alor Setar High Court.

The accused have been charged with being members of an organised crime group in the Kubang Pasu district, under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012, between Jan 1 2015 and Oct 8 2017.
