ALOR SETAR: An outing by a group of children to a stream near Taman Tabung Haji in Kepala Batas turned tragic after one of them drowned.
A villager, Fauziah Abd Rashid, 62, said her grandson Muhammad Haziq, nine, from SK Bukit Tinggi, went there with his seven-year-old brother and their friends at about 3.30pm yesterday.
