MACC calls up several Kedah footballers over Malaysia Cup match-fixing allegations

ALOR SETAR: Several Kedah footballers have been called in by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency (MACC) over allegations of match-fixing in the Malaysia Cup finald against Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) last Saturday (Nov 4).

Kedah Football Association (KFA) president Datuk Seri Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah said that he welcomed the action by the MACC and said that he hoped the investigations could be sped up.
