KUALA LUMPUR: A former PKR division chief has been jailed one month for contempt of court for breaching an injunction order by posting defamatory words against a Hindu temple chairman in his Facebook account and giving misleading testimony.
High Court judge Justice S. Nantha Balan held that S. Murali, 49, was guilty of misleading the court by way of affidavit.
