PETALING JAYA: The High Court has dismissed an application by the World Triathlon Corporation (WTC) to stay proceedings of a claim filed by SRS Sports Centre Sdn Bhd.
SRS Sports in a statement Thursday said WTC wanted to stay the proceedings on the grounds that there was an "exclusive jurisdiction" clause in the agreement that the forum to resolve the dispute was in Florida, US.
