KUALA NERANG: A 71-year-old from Kampung Masjid Lama here has been suffering from a mysterious disease which caused his testicles to grow to the size of coconuts.
Abdullah Yunus said his testicles became bigger after he had a high fever 30 years ago and his numerous efforts to cure his predicament have so far failed.
