GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Chinese Town Hall (PCTH) will be distributing RM3,000 each to families of the seven deceased victims and the three old folks homes affected by the devastating floods.
It’s chairman Datuk Khor Teng How said they can collect the financial aid at 11am on Friday at the PCTH office at Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling here.
