BUTTERWORTH: There were no passengers in a car submerged in floodwaters on the BKE underpass in Seberang Jaya, police said.
Central Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Nuk Ros Azhan Abdul Hamid said the owner of the car was a woman but did not provide any further details.
