PUTRAJAYA: The families of death-in-custody victims now have fewer rights when it comes to claiming damages following a majority Federal Court ruling Monday.
In its decision in a suit related to the death of A. Kugan, four of the five panel members ruled that family members were not entitled to exemplary damages over the death.
