PETALING JAYA: Several groups commended the Government for taking the initiative to build more affordable housing under various public housing plans with an allocation of RM2.2bil.
“This is a very laudable move to address the issue in terms of financial capacity to buy and also in increasing the supply of affordable homes,” said the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector.
