THERE was nothing political about an Umno event at a Putrajaya school as it was a joint programme with the Putrajaya Federal Territories Education Department, the Dewan Rakyat was told.
In a written reply to Teresa Kok (DAP-Seputeh), Education Minister Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid said the joint effort between the Federal Territories Ministry and the Education Department had Malaysia’s independence as the main theme.
