THE Dewan Rakyat was forced to temporarily halt proceedings to begin debates on a Bill when there were no ministers or deputies to second the Bill.
Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Datuk Seri Ismail Mohamed Said had to postpone the sitting at 3pm for 10 minutes after the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (Amendment) Bill 2017 was tabled for second reading by Deputy Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Henry Sum Agong.
