KUALA LUMPUR: There is no need to enact any anti-racism or anti-discrimination Act as the unity in the country is still under control, the Dewan Rakyat was told Tuesday.
In a written reply to Lim Lip Eng (DAP-Segambut), the Unity Management Division, through the Prime Minister's Department said unity should be fostered through education and not by law enforcement.
