BUTTERWORTH: Thousands of people in Butterworth have probably savoured the warm and springy fishballs sold by 64-year-old Tan Chong Hau for the past 30 years.

Called the “Fishball Uncle” by generations of locals, Tan has been trading all over town on his motorcycle and sells up to 3,000 steamed fishballs a day.
