KUALA LUMPUR: Penang does not follow guidelines set by the Federal Government on hillslope developments, claims Tan Sri Noh Omar.
The Urban Well-being, Housing and Local Government Minister said that the Penang government did not follow the Federal Government's Planning Guidelines for Development in Hillsites and Highlands, but preferred using its own Safety Guideline for Hillsite Development 2012.
