KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here will deliver its verdict on Friday (Oct 27) in the case where a tow truck operator was charged with murdering Arab Malaysian Development Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi (pic) four years ago.
Judicial Commissioner Ab Karim Ab Rahman set the date after hearing submissions from deputy public prosecutor Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin and defence counsel Datuk Michael K. L. Chee at the end of the defence's case on Monday.
