PUTRAJAYA: Amanah president Mohamad Sabu has walked free of defamation charges over remarks about the 1950 Bukit Kepong incident, after the Court of Appeal here upheld his acquittal.

The three person panel led by Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat unanimously found there was no reason to challenge the High Court's findings that the prosecution failed to raise a prima facie case.
