Motorcyclist dies after seizure

GEORGE TOWN: A 31-year-old man was found slumped dead on his motorcycle at a parking lot of an apartment in Island Glades.

Deputy OCPD Supt Izwan Abdul Karim said the public found the victim leaning against the side of his motorcycle and still wearing his helmet at 8.05am yesterday.

“The CCTV footage reveals that he collapsed after a seizure on the parking lot on the third floor,” he said, adding that the victim was not a resident there.

The body was brought to the Forensic Department for a post-mortem at 3.30pm.

Police have ruled out foul play.
