Don’t panic, it’s just a tsunami warning test

GEORGE TOWN: People living in the north coast of the island of Penang and Sandakan in Sabah are urged not to panic if they hear the tsunami siren today.

That is because the Malaysia Meteorological Department is running tests on tsunami early warning systems between 9am and 5pm on Tuesday.
