Najib-Pua lawsuit to be heard in March next year

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed March 5-9, 2018 to hear Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's lawsuit against Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua and a news portal owner.

Najib's counsel Nor Hazira Abu Hayyan told reporters that Justice Ahmad Zaidi Ibrahim had fixed the hearing dates and also set Nov 27 to hear Pua's application to strike out the suit against him.
