PETALING JAYA: The safety and health committee in a company should also discuss mental health issues, not just physical safety problems, said Malaysia Psychiatric Association patron Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye (pic).
According to Lee, any workplace with more than 40 employees should set up a safety and health committee under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994.
