KOTA KINABALU: The Sepanggar port here stands to benefit from its participation in the Malaysia-China port alliance, says Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

The Transport Minister said the Sepanggar port could tap into the resources, expertise and manpower of China's ports in its modernisation efforts.
