PUTRAJAYA: The former Road Transport Department (JPJ) deputy director-general accused of illegally using the emergency lane during a traffic jam told a magistrate’s court the case was a conspiracy to embarrass the JPJ top brass.
Datuk Yusoff Ayob said this while testifying at his trial, noting that the JPJ enforcement officer who uploaded the photos on Facebook – where they went viral – wanted to disgrace him.
