KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has fixed Nov 20 to hear an application by the Government to strike out Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's suit to invalidate his Sodomy II conviction.
The former opposition leader claimed that he was convicted and sent to jail based on perjured evidence given by his accuser and former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, 31.
