MELAKA: Illegal dumpers, not militants, were responsible for seven chemical cylinders being left at an abandoned house in Kampung Tambak Paya, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron.
He said a preliminary report has discounted sabotage or a deliberate act of contamination.
