PUTRAJAYA: The Armed Forces will review its standard operating procedures (SOP) in handling detainees following the deaths of two navy men who were under detention at a naval base in Sitiawan, Perak.
Armed Forces chief General Tan Sri Raja Mohamed Affandi Raja Mohamed Noor said that the review will be done across the board for all three branches of the forces – the Army, Navy and Air Force.
