Hospital: 3 pupils who survived tahfiz fire recovering well

KUALA LUMPUR: Three survivors of the Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah tahfiz fire are recovering well, showing signs of alertness and are able to communicate.

Hospital Kuala Lumpur director Datuk Dr Zaininah Mohd Zain said the three young Tahfiz students, Muhammad Shahir Sharifuddin, 11; Zunnun Misri Masrun and Indra Kurniawan, both 12, suffered about 20% burns and other injuries in the deadly blaze.
