Najib: National Blue Ocean Strategy has yielded extraordinary results

PEKAN: The National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) has already yielded extraordinary results for the people, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

He said the close cooperation between agencies, departments and ministries had provided the public with efficient services.

"As the second branch of our national strategy, the purpose of the NBOS is to break down the barriers between government agencies, departments and ministries," said Najib at the launch of the NBOS Fiesta at Kampung Baru Salong here on Saturday.

He was accompanied by Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar.

The Prime Minister also countered allegations that the Government had run out of money.

"The Opposition has made many false allegations to confuse the people. We are actually optimising our expenditures to provide the most efficient service to the public," he said.
