KOTA KINABALU: An Indonesian skipper was arrested while trying to smuggle gas cylinders out of the country via waters off Tawau on Friday.

The 20-year-old suspect was arrested after he failed to produce any travel documents to marine officials who had intercepted his boat near Sg. Melayu at about 5.30pm.
