PETALING JAYA: A coalition of four national associations have declared their support for the proposal to reintroduce the 10-stick cigarette pack, claiming that the move will curb the illegal trade and help smokers kick the habit.

In a statement Tuesday, the groups said the "kiddie pack" would help reduce the illicit cigarette trade that makes up more than 50% of the market share.
