KOTA KINABALU: Bilateral ties between Malaysia and the Philippines are being strengthened with the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) and Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asean Growth Area’s (BIMP-EAGA) two-way programme with Palawan governor Jose C.H. Alvarez.
The programme held on Saturday at Mangsee Island off Kudat, bordering the southern Philippines, was aimed at strengthening existing ties and collaborations.
