JOHOR BARU: Former national athlete Nordin Jadi was among the thousands who witnessed sprinter Khairul Hafiz Jantan win the gold medal in the 100m final at Stadium Bukit Jalil.
“I was seated just in front of the finish line because I wanted to see the scoreboard. It was tense and I was over the moon when Khariul Hafiz won the race,” said Nordin, who represented Malaysia in athletics in the SEA Games and also in two Summer Olympics.
