GEORGE TOWN: Traffic was at a crawl along the Penang Bridge during morning rush hour on the second day of the partial closure of the emergency lane on the mainland-bound side.
The closure of a 1.4km stretch along the mid span of the bridge began on Tuesday with slightly heavy traffic recorded during evening peak hours.
