Former RTD deputy DG's trial on Sept 20

PUTRAJAYA: The magistrate's court set Sept 20 for the trial of former Road Transport Department (JPJ) deputy director-general Datuk Yusoff Ayob who was charged with driving on the emergency lane last year.

Magistrate Syahrul Sazly Md Sain set the date after DPP Muhammad Izzat Fauzan informed the court that they have yet to obtain a reply from the Attorney-General's Chambers on the letter of representation submitted by Yusoff, 58.
