Ahmad Bashah: Proposed Memali RCI not meant to victimise Dr M

ALOR SETAR: The proposed setting up of a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into the Memali incident was not aimed at victimising Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, said Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah.

He said the proposal was meant to investigate what actually took place during the incident in November 1985 when Dr Mahathir was the prime minister.
