GEORGE TOWN: The Immigration Department expanded its crackdown on illegals in the country by raiding residential units used as worker’s hostels.
A state Immigration Department spokesman said 23 officers raided five flats, a terrace house and a village house in several locations on the island from 8pm on Monday.
