ALOR SETAR: A RM5bil mixed develoment project will turn the border town of Bukit Kayu Hitam into the next Iskandar Development Region (IDR), said Datuk Dr Ku Abdul Rahman Ku Ismail.

“The project, which will commence soon, will have seven precincts featuring an automotive industry, commercial and residential areas, theme attractions and a medical hub.
