KUALA LUMPUR: An information technology executive who was caught taking upskirt videos was fined RM2,500 by a magistrate's court here for possession of obscene videos.
Khoo Teng Chong , 32, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing the two videos at Level 2, Pavillion Building, Jalan Bukit Bintang here at 1.20pm last Wednesday.
