KUALA LUMPUR: The special briefing by 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) with PAS is not bound by the sub-judice ruling made by the Parliament Speaker.
Deputy Speaker Datuk Seri Ronald Kiandee said that the question of sub-judice with regards to the special briefing does not arise as Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia's ruling was meant for Parliament proceedings.
