Ministry: No plastic vegetables in Tawau

TAWAU: The Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry has denied that plastic vegetables are being sold at a supermarket here in Sabah.

Its Tawau office head Sam Aminuddin said a check conducted by the ministry on the supermarket on Friday found no plastic vegetables were sold at the premises as claimed in reports that went viral on social media.
