IPOH: The Government will be combining resources with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) to build a specialist training hospital in Kampar, said Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya (pic).
The Deputy Health Minister said the Government had announced its intention to build a new hospital in Kampar back in 2012.
