GEORGE TOWN: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng is questioning why Gerakan took four years before suing him for defamation over remarks about the sale of reclaimed land in Tanjung Pinang.
During a press conference here Tuesday, Lim claiming the suit was filed as political capital in view of the upcoming general election.
