KUALA LUMPUR: A company director has been charged with taking more than RM16mil from investors, despite not having a licence.
Kok Chee Boon, 34, was slapped with three charges of taking a total of RM16,209,600 for investment without a licence, an offence under Section 10 of the Financial Services Act.
