DAP national organising secretary Anthony Loke and DAP vice-chairman Teresa Kok hand over a letter to an RoS representative at Chancery Place in Putrajaya.

PUTRAJAYA: DAP cannot hold fresh polls for its 20 central executive committee (CEC) members until the Registrar of Societies (RoS) agrees to meet with the party, says Anthony Loke.

The DAP national organising secretary said that this was because the RoS needs to verify the party's list of delegates who are eligible to vote. It also needs to approve the party's nominated independent body to supervise the CEC polls.
