Subra: Health Ministry fully prepared to handle any rabies outbreak

PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry is fully prepared to handle the rabies outbreak in Serian, says Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam (pic).

The Health Minister said that while the public need not be alarmed by the outbreak, those who have been bitten by animals should seek treatment as soon as possible at hospitals, which will be equipped with anti-rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin.
