KOTA BARU: A security guard was sentenced to 24 years imprisonment and 15 counts of whipping for raping his 11-year-old stepdaughter four years ago.
Sessions Court Judge Nazri Ismail ordered the jail term to start from the date when the accused was arrested on Jan 6 last year.
