KOTA KINABALU: Floods receded in Tuaran and Kota Belud as rains eased on Wednesday.
Sabah Civil Defence Department director Kol Mulliadi AlHamdi said four low-lying villages along Sungai Kadamaian in Kota Belud were still cut off as roads leading there remain inundated with water.
