PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal by the prosecution in a case where five family members were charged with stealing various cosmetics worth more than RM2,000.
Justice Mohtarudin Baki made the decision after allowing preliminary objections by the counsel for the five, Datuk Ahmad Zaidi Zainal.
